At Aquatre , we aim to provide high-quality products and services. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.
1) Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
You may request a return or refund for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup, provided that:
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• The item is returned with the original invoice/receipt
• The item is in resellable condition
If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
2) Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Customized / personalized products (printing, photo gifts, personalized items)
• Photocopying, printing, binding, lamination, and design services
• Books
• Digital products / downloads
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Items that are damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without original packaging
3) Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received an item that is:
• damaged,
• defective,
• or different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
4) Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment if no payment has been made.
• Once an order is prepared or shipped, it may not be cancelled.
5) Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

6 ) Reservation of Books
When you reserve a book, we do our best to secure it for you, but reservation payments do not always guarantee availability.
If the book becomes out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel that item and refund you for the unavailable book.
7) Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days
